Delete Account

What you can request

You can request deletion of an individual user account or, if you are authorised to represent a group, deletion of the group account. The same option is also available from Settings inside the app.

What happens

We verify ownership and the scope of the request before deletion. Eligible profile and account data is deleted or anonymised. Some transaction, audit, security or accounting records may need to be retained where reasonably required for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute or record-keeping obligations.
